Job summary

Napco National in Dammam is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. You will ensure correct staffing per machine, review production reports for accurate handovers, and supervise the run of machines during trials and production.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, guiding the team to work safely and efficiently, enforcing hygiene procedures on the floor, coordinating preventive maintenance with the Maintenance Department, and ensuring adherence to

• Experience supervising a production team and coordinating shifts.
• Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and OH&S procedures.
• Ability to review daily production reports and ensure accurate handovers.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Ensure the correct manning per machine & fill the manpower shortage to ensure proper implementation of the daily production planning.
• Review the daily production reports and ensure their correctness to enable a proper handover and transfer of information during the shift change.
• Supervise and ensure the machine run ability during trials/production & report any non conformities of raw material.
• Assign tasks and deadlines for the production team and follow up achievements of set goals.
• Manage & guide the production team to work safely & effectively while maintaining tidy and clean plant premises.
• Ensure all hygiene procedures including “hairnet, mask, gloves, hand sanitization) are being implemented correctly all the time on the floor.
• Secure proper preventive maintenance on all machines in coordination with the Maintenance Department.
• Ensure the application of all quality procedures in coordination with the QC Department.
• Evaluate the performance of his staff & suggest the appropriate incentive and training program.
• Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
• Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
