Job summary

Napco in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Quality Control professional to drive production quality by defining KPIs and monitoring processes to meet stringent specifications. You will test and inspect materials, operate equipment per SOPs, and use lab instruments and office software to support continuous improvement.

The role requires conducting root cause analyses on quality incidents and producing data-driven reports to guide management decisions and drive product excellence.

Qualifications

• Quality control experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to interpret data and monitor production metrics.
• Familiarity with SOPs and quality procedures.
• Experience using lab equipment for testing and inspection.
• Strong problem solving and RCA capabilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Identify and set Key Performance Indicators for measuring & controlling the process of Quality Control to ensure production of products with highest level of quality to meet the highest level of our customer satisfaction.
• Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable.
• Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software
• Test, inspect or benchmark predefined machine and process parameters in different QC labs, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations from required specifications & standard limits and use the data to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements to meet these specifications/standards.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
• Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents or non-conforming products and suggest preventive and/or corrective actions.
