Job summary

Power Flow Company in Dammam is seeking an Operations Executive to support daily coordination across order processing, supplier follow-up, logistics, documentation, and internal operations. This role is suited to a detail-oriented professional who ensures smooth execution across commercial and operational activities.

You will coordinate customer orders from confirmation to delivery, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, and assist in invoices and delivery documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP-based working environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams on timelines and documentation.
• Support purchasing, inventory coordination, and shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing invoices, delivery documents, quotations, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with sales, stores, accounts, and management for smooth workflow.
• Help resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters when needed.
• Ensure timely communication and organized day-to-day task handling.
