Job summary

Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment is seeking a Field Operations Manager to plan and oversee field operations for Hajj activities, ensuring readiness, safety, and quality across sites.

You will coordinate manpower, logistics, and suppliers, work with internal teams and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement during peak periods.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in operations, with the ability to manage high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, field operations, logistics, readiness, or related area.
• Proven ability to manage operations in high-density and high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of the Holy Sites, camps, and operational areas; familiarity with Hajj regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field operational plans for Hajj operations.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations across Holy Sites camps and assigned areas.
• Coordinate manpower, logistics, and operational support to ensure service delivery.
• Manage field teams, partners, contractors and suppliers ensuring compliance with standards.
• Monitor performance, service quality, and KPIs; implement corrective actions.
• Identify and manage operational risks, emergencies, and field challenges.
• Prepare reports and provide insights and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute field operational plans readiness activities and resource requirements for Hajj operations
• Oversee day-to-day field operations across the Holy Sites camps and assigned operational areas
• Coordinate manpower resources logistics and operational support to ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage field teams partners and suppliers ensuring compliance with agreed operational standards and service requirements
• Monitor operational performance service quality and KPIs and implement corrective actions where required
• Identify and manage operational risks emergencies and field challenges ensuring timely decision-making and issue resolution
• Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to address operational dependencies and maintain service continuity
• Prepare operational reports analyze performance data and provide management with actionable insights and recommendations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency service quality and overall field performance

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics , or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, field operations, logistics, operational readiness or a related area.Experience in planning, readiness, field operations, operational support and resource management .Proven ability to manage operations in high-density and high-pressure environments .Strong understanding of the Holy Sites, camps, their classifications and operational areas .Knowledge of the Direct Hajj operating model , operational support requirements and relevant Hajj and Umrah regulations and procedures.Experience managing operational teams, partners, contractors and suppliers.Experience in risk management, emergency response and business continuity is highly desirable.
