Job summary

Gamers Escape in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-branch gaming and F&B operations across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Makkah.

You will drive operational excellence, manage teams, and grow revenue through events, corporate bookings, and partnerships, while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Responsibilities include budgeting, KPI monitoring, vendor management, and ensuring brand standards across all venues with a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in Operations Management / Hospitality, with at least 2 years multi-location.
• Experience in Entertainment, Gaming/Esports, F&B, Hospitality, or Retail preferred.
• Proven revenue growth, business development, or client acquisition experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; willingness to travel between cities.

• Oversee daily operations across all branches ensuring service quality, safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Lead manpower planning, staffing, shift coverage, training, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, suppliers, maintenance, equipment uptime and costs.
• Drive revenue growth through corporate bookings, events, tournaments, partnerships, and new clients.
• Oversee Riyadh F&B operation including kitchen and front-of-house operations, quality, hygiene and costs.
• Plan and execute events, activations, tournaments, and brand partnerships.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, revenue, footfall, costs, and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, Saudization, licensing and regulatory standards.

The role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team performance, customer experience, and commercial growth across our gaming and F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all branches, ensuring consistent service quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Lead manpower planning, staffing, shift coverage, training, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, suppliers, maintenance, equipment uptime, and operating costs.
• Drive revenue growth through corporate bookings, events, tournaments, partnerships, and new client acquisition.
• Oversee the Riyadh F&B operation, including kitchen and front-of-house operations, food quality, hygiene, food cost, and inventory control.
• Plan and execute events, activations, tournaments, and brand partnerships.
• Monitor branch KPIs, budgets, revenue, footfall, costs, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, Saudization requirements, and relevant licensing and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management / Hospitality, including at least 2 years in multi-branch or multi-location operations.
• Experience in Entertainment, Gaming/Esports, F&B, Hospitality, or Retail is highly preferred.
• Previous experience managing a restaurant or F&B operation is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Revenue Growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Riyadh, Jeddah, and Makkah and work evenings/weekends when required.
