Job summary

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) in Saudi Arabia seeks an Operations Lead to oversee UTR operations across sites, driving end-to-end warehousing and fast delivery while upholding safety and performance targets. You will coach teams, monitor metrics and push continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1+ year in a customer-facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing setting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years in customer-facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience in data analysis to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UTR operations for one large site or multiple sites daily.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while sustaining safety and quality targets.
• Drive performance management and training for team members.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to improve operations and performance.
• Conduct 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits daily.
• Stand-in for Area Manager when needed.
