• 3–5 years of experience in operations, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with KPIs, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, support, and monitor the performance of the operations team.
• Allocate tasks and manage work schedules and priorities.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when needed.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, workload, and service delivery.
• Escalate critical operational issues and risks to the Operations Manager.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
