Job summary

You will monitor KPIs, coach drivers, plan shifts, coordinate with dispatch, and drive safety and process improvements across delivery activities to deliver consistent customer satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in delivery operations or supervisory role; valid driver’s license.
