Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch - J02 is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end UTR operations across sites in AMET. You will supervise store operations, drive safety, productivity, and quality, and ensure performance targets are met.

You will work with merchants, conduct 4M/5S and GEMBA audits, and stand in for Area Manager when needed, coaching teams to deliver reliable fast-delivery service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes

Responsibilities

• Managing, on a daily basis, end-to-end UTR operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations.
• Meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational/quality targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Driving performance management of your team members; preparing and implementing training and development plans for the pickers.
• Working closely with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.

We are looking to hire an Operations Lead to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, run 3P Store Operations. You will ensure Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback of associates performance – including under the roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety - as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations.
