Amazon Now KSA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead L&D across KSA RDCs, drive improvements in quality and network efficiency, and manage end-to-end small-site operations including last-mile supervision. Responsibilities

• Lead L&D across Amazon Now KSA RDC
• Drive solutions to quality and network losses in KSA hubs
• Drive continuous improvement to day-to-day Operations
• Manage end-to-end operations for a combination of small sites; supervising Last mile operations
• Meet customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you
• Drive performance management of your team members. Prepare and implement training and development plans
• Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis
• Stand-in for ACES Manager

We are looking to hire an Operations Executive in KSA to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, run Store Operations. You will ensure Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback of associates’ performance – including under the roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety - as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations.
