A leading food delivery service in Riyadh is looking for an Operations & Logistics Supervisor to oversee fulfillment and logistics operations. Responsibilities include managing the daily workflow from the kitchen to delivery drivers, supervising packing processes, and training new drivers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in data tracking tools. This role requires flexibility and field orientation to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food delivery operations or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
• Flexible and field-oriented with on-ground coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fulfillment flow from central kitchen to delivery.
• Supervise packing line and ensure accurate meal preparation.
• Organize driver dispatch and manage routes effectively.
• Follow up on daily deliveries and address operational disruptions or delivery errors.
• Collect and analyze end-of-day reports from drivers on performance, returns, delays.
• Document gaps or recurring issues and propose practical improvements.
• Ensure hygiene and quality control within packing and dispatch areas.
• Prepare a concise daily operations report covering key metrics and incidents.
• Train new drivers on procedures and delivery protocols.
• Collaborate with support teams when logistics or materials issues arise.

About the job Operations & Logistics Supervisor

• Coordinate the daily fulfillment flow from the central kitchen to the packing team and then to delivery drivers.
• Supervise the packing line and ensure meals are prepared, labeled, and routed correctly based on subscription lists.
• Organize driver dispatch by region and ensure all routes are clearly defined and signed off.
• Follow up on daily deliveries and handle any operational disruptions or delivery errors.
• Collect and analyze end-of-day reports from drivers (delivery performance, returns, delays).
• Document operational gaps or recurrent issues and propose practical improvements.
• Ensure hygiene and quality control within the packing and dispatch area.
