About the job Operations & Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily fulfillment flow from the central kitchen to the packing team and then to delivery drivers.
• Supervise the packing line and ensure meals are prepared, labeled, and routed correctly based on subscription lists.
• Organize driver dispatch by region and ensure all routes are clearly defined and signed off.
• Follow up on daily deliveries and handle any operational disruptions or delivery errors.
• Collect and analyze end-of-day reports from drivers (delivery performance, returns, delays).
• Document operational gaps or recurrent issues and propose practical improvements.
• Ensure hygiene and quality control within the packing and dispatch area.
• Prepare a concise daily operations report covering key metrics and incidents.
• Train new drivers on company procedures and delivery protocols.
• Collaborate with other support teams when logistics or material issues arise.
