Job summary

Muller's Solutions in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks an OpenText SuccessFactors HR Workflow Consultant to design, implement, and optimize HR workflows integrated with OpenText and SAP SuccessFactors. You will work closely with clients to translate business needs into effective system configurations that enhance HR operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results on schedule.

Required: a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, plus strong analytical,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as HR Workflow Consultant with OpenText and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Experience in designing and implementing HR workflows in OpenText and SuccessFactors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with integration of OpenText and other SAP modules is a plus.
