Müller`s Solutions in Saudi Arabia seeks an OpenText SuccessFactors HR Workflow Consultant to design, implement, and optimize HR workflows integrated with OpenText and SAP SuccessFactors.

You will collaborate with clients to translate business needs into precise system configurations that enhance HR operations and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years' experience in HR workflows, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, business or related field.
• 3+ years as HR Workflow Consultant with expertise in OpenText and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience designing and implementing HR workflows in OpenText and SuccessFactors environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication abilities.

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified OpenText SuccessFactors HR Workflow Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing HR workflows specifically integrated with OpenText and SuccessFactors solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective system configurations that enhance HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Workflow Consultant with expertise in OpenText and SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, with a focus on optimizing efficiency
• Experience in designing and implementing HR workflows in OpenText and SuccessFactors environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with integration of OpenText and other SAP modules is a plus
