Job summary

Flint International Middle East seeks an OpenText specialist to join our IT services team in the region. You will implement and integrate OpenText xECM with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance, and you will design, configure, and tune OpenText Workspaces for structured business processes.

The role emphasizes workspace modeling, access control, and secure data handling, with hands-on development of workflows and custom UI extensions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OpenText xECM v25.3 and related components.
• Experience integrating xECM with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Finance.
• Strong focus on configuring and customizing OpenText Workspaces and metadata.
• Ability to design and manage workflow automation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure business workspaces for structured processes (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, etc.).
• Model workspace templates, folders, metadata, classifications, and lifecycle states.
• Configure role-based access control, permissions, and security in workspaces.
• Develop and maintain WebReports and LiveReports for operational and compliance reporting.

Job Description:
Strong hands-on experience with:

• xECM v25.3
• OpenText Content Server
• Archive Center
• OpenText Directory Services (OTDS)

Experience integrating OpenText xECM with:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Business Workspaces configuration and customization
• Design and configure business workspaces for structured business processes (e.g., Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Customer/Finance Workspaces etc.,)
• Experience in modeling workspace templates, folders, metadata, classifications, and lifecycle states
• Configure role-based access control, permissions, and security within business workspaces

Experience with MS Outlook and Teams integrations
Design and development of OpenText Workflows for business process automation
Development and maintenance of WebReports for custom UI extensions and automation
Development of LiveReports using SQL for operational, audit, and compliance reporting
Experience with OpenText ECMinstallations/configurations, upgrades, and environment tuning.
