Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in system administration or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., MCSE, RHCE, CISSP) are desirable.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of FCMS host servers including monitoring, configuration, maintenance, and repair.
• Maintain records of system downtime and equipment inventory.
• Manage Windows, Linux, and Mac systems for compatibility and efficiency.
• Upgrade, install, and configure application software and server hardware.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors and support personnel.
• Establish and manage user and email accounts; handle security permissions and group policies.
• Install and maintain servers and storage systems; provide server support for software.
• Monitor datacenter health and respond to hardware issues as they arise.
• Build, test, and maintain new servers; assist help desk and other teams as needed.
• Collaborate with the Fakeeh Care Solutions Delivery team to ensure high availability of resources.
