Job summary

Fakeeh Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to design, deploy, and manage on‑premises and cloud environments. The role focuses on uptime, automation, and cost‑effective cloud usage across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

You will work with VMware/Hyper‑V, networks, storage, and security teams to implement patching, access controls, and disaster recovery, while documenting architectures and SOPs for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in managing Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Skilled in storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions ensuring business continuity.
• Experience with monitoring tools and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible).
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on high availability and security.
• Effective communicator and team player with the ability to work in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business continuity planning and execution.
• Work closely with applications, DBA, and support teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
• Other duties assigned within the scope of the job.

Education
