The ideal candidate will design personalized training programs, deliver motivating one-on-one and small group sessions, and help clients achieve their fitness goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, progress monitoring, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, REPs or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations.
• Design and deliver personalized training programs based on clients’ goals and fitness levels.
• Provide safe, effective, and motivating one-on-one and small group training sessions.
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust programs accordingly.
• Educate clients on exercise techniques, injury prevention, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Build strong relationships with members to encourage long-term commitment and retention.
• Maintain accurate client records and training notes.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe training environment.
• Support the achievement of monthly PT sales and revenue targets.
• Promote club services, fitness programs, and special events.
