Job summary

Flow is seeking a Multifamily IT Director to lead on-site software implementation, maintenance, training, and vendor management for our multifamily properties in the region. You will become the subject matter expert for building technology and ensure systems operate reliably across properties.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in multifamily property management, with hands-on experience with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata and related CRM/resident apps, and strong communication to coordinate with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in multifamily residential property management.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or completion of telecom-related courses.
• Experience with Property Management Software such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, CRM, screening and Resident apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site multifamily software implementation and maintenance.
• Conduct training sessions and manage vendor installations and troubleshooting.
• Serve as SME for building technology and hardware and support property staff.
