Flow is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead a range of projects from planning through completion, coordinating engineers, architects, and vendors while managing budgets and timelines. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple sites, ensure code compliance, and drive project progress with strong communication and leadership.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a related degree, and hands-on site supervision with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple sites.
• Working knowledge of multi-family code requirements.
• Ability to manage several concurrent projects and schedules.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects and consultants to define scope and feasibility.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to meet budget targets.
• Identify required permits and obtain approvals from authorities.
• Plan construction operations and schedule phases to meet deadlines.
• Manage logistics of materials, furniture and equipment; monitor stocks.
• Hire and supervise contractors; allocate responsibilities.
• Ensure safety standards and report issues.
• Prepare detailed progress reports on budget, variances, and risks.
• Coordinate with residents and staff about project impacts and timelines.
• Travel and onsite supervision 40-50% of the time.
