Job summary

Qiddiya seeks an experienced Applications leader to drive end-to-end delivery of smart systems for SEVEN and SCC. You will craft strategy, oversee design and implementation, and build a high-performing team delivering measurable business value.

You will manage governance, coach staff, and partner with stakeholders and vendors to secure successful solution delivery across multiple industries, including real estate domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, implementation, or operations across multiple industries.
• Consulting experience implementing or supporting Yardi solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and application delivery methodologies.
• Experience with application quality standards, governance processes, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute application strategies and service offerings aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze business requirements and deliver innovative application solutions for SEVEN and SCC.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of smart systems and applications.
• Manage and develop the Applications team, ensuring the required capabilities and technical expertise.
• Conduct regular team meetings, monitor performance, and provide coaching and guidance.
• Identify business growth opportunities and recommend technology-enabled solutions.

• Proficient in quality models, processes, and best practices.
• Competent in at least one software development technology stream.
• Broad understanding of emerging technology areas.
• Good awareness of market needs in the applications domain.
