Job summary

Libera Consultants, on behalf of a leading oil & gas organization in Saudi Arabia, is seeking experienced Drillers to join onshore operations. You will deliver safe, efficient, and high-performance drilling activities while leading rig crews.

Minimum 2 years’ land drilling experience, proven Driller on land rigs, and Saudi experience are required, along with strong HSE knowledge and leadership abilities to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience is required.
• Proven experience as a Driller on land drilling rigs.
• Saudi experience is required.
• Strong understanding of drilling operations, well control procedures, and HSE standards.
• Experience operating drilling equipment while maintaining optimal performance and safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage drilling activities in accordance with operational procedures.
• Lead and mentor rig crews while maintaining productivity.
• Ensure safety and equipment performance during onshore drilling operations.
