Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is hiring a Senior Architect for an on-site role in Medina to oversee the renovation of a luxury, high-rise hotel. The position requires strong coordination with structural, interior design, MEP, and life-safety teams, and supervision of facade works and quality control.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of experience in architectural construction supervision, knowledge of Saudi Building Code, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural construction supervision and design coordination.
• Experience with high-rise building projects and luxury hotel renovations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM coordination, and architectural document review.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works for renovation of a high-rise, five-star hotel.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, Saudi Building Code, and operator standards.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and mockups.
• Coordinate with structural, interior design, MEP, and life-safety disciplines.
• Lead snagging, de-snagging, and final handover inspections.
• Monitor progress and report architectural risks to the Project Manager.
