Job summary

CLEAR Engineering Consultants seeks a Fit-Out Architect to lead fit-out and construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to approved drawings and standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Strong leadership and bilingual communication in English and Arabic are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction and fit-out projects.
• Experience in finishing and interior fit-out works.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fit-out and construction activities.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, progress, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Monitor finishing works and ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Manage variations, claims, delays, and project risks.
• Conduct inspections, snagging, and project handover.
• Prepare progress and management reports.
• Lead project meetings and resolve site/technical issues.
