Job summary

Lucidya LLC is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist to act as the on-site Lucidya representative at a client office. You will manage day-to-day coordination, keep detailed project plans, and ensure successful delivery of all deliverables.

The role is hands-on, project-based for 1 year, requiring strong communication with stakeholders across regions and fluency in Arabic and English. You will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Services teams to maintain quality and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience managing organic and/or paid digital campaigns.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across cultures.
Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects from kickoff through final handover.
Be the on-site Lucidya representative at the client office, coordinating day-to-day activities.
Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Lead implementation of Lucidya’s SaaS solutions in alignment with scope.
Coordinate across Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and address challenges.
Maintain client communications, updates, escalations, and expectations.
Ensure quality and timely completion of all deliverables.
Document status reports and handover materials.
Contribute to improving delivery processes and best practices.
