Job summary

International Maritime Industries seeks a Production Administration Controller to provide administrative support to multiple production disciplines on site. You will manage data entry and document flow within the company systems, handling requests such as annual leave, overtime, and travel and transport approvals.

You will liaise with IFS and IT for system troubleshooting and communicate with production supervisors and workers to ensure day-to-day operational efficiency and accurate

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Minimum 6-9 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
• Good command of English (oral and written) is required.
• Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, file, and distribute official documents to department staff via IMI channels.
• Scan and distribute personnel documents (leave, medical records, travel requests) through digital channels (IFS, AVEVA ERP, email).
