Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service as a Guest Experience Expert.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and general inquiries.
• Prepare reports and handle operational requests to support smooth operations.
• Uphold The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and maintain professional appearance.
