Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion-control guidelines, and senior chefs’ instructions.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Assist with receiving and checking kitchen deliveries.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chef or Kitchen Manager.
