Job summary

THA Venues, Parks & Resorts is seeking a Fuel Management Supervisor to lead fuel supply and usage for a major international multi-sport event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role runs from 27 October to 26 December 2026 and is a hands-on, on-the-ground position.

You will plan fuel requirements, schedule deliveries, supervise fuel points and logs, track consumption, and report against allocations. Strong safety awareness and experience delivering large events are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing fuel logistics for large events or operations.
• International experience delivering sports events preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and accurate record keeping.

• Fuel Planning: Plan fuel requirements across event operations and venues.
• Operational Supervision: Supervise fuel points, refuelling schedules and logs.
• Compliance & Reporting: Track fuel consumption and report against allocations and safety procedures.
