Job summary

THA by ARMONIA is seeking an experienced FF&E Logistics Manager to oversee the furniture, fixtures and equipment supply chain for a major international event in Riyadh. You will own FF&E from sourcing and warehousing through to venue distribution, daily replenishment and final returns across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities include planning requirements, controlling inventory, coordinating installation and breakdown, and managing supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in FF&E or overlay logistics for major international events.
• Strong inventory control and supplier management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines simultaneously.
• Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.
• Based in KSA (preferred).
• Available for the full period, Oct–Dec 2026.

Responsibilities

• Control inventory, tracking and distribution to venues.
• Coordinate installation, daily replenishment and breakdown.
• Manage suppliers, returns and damage/loss reporting.
• Keep accurate records and report stock status across all sites.
