Job summary

THA by ARMONIA is recruiting a Fuel Management Supervisor to join a dedicated full-time delivery team for a major international multi-sport event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role runs from 27 October to 26 December 2026 and focuses on planning, supervision and reporting of fuel for generators, vehicles and equipment.

You will oversee fuel points daily, coordinate deliveries, monitor usage against allocations and ensure safety and environmental procedures are followed.

About the Role

We are recruiting a Fuel Management Supervisor to join a dedicated full-time delivery team for a major international multi-sport event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role sits within our client's event operations function and runs from 27 October to 26 December 2026.

You will manage and supervise fuel supply and usage for event operations, including:

• Fuel requirement planning and supplier deliveries
• Supervision of fuel points, refuelling schedules and logs
• Consumption tracking and reporting against allocations
  

You will work with the operations and technical teams to make sure generators, vehicles and equipment are fuelled safely, on time and within allocation across multiple venues.

This is a hands-on supervisory role. You will be on the ground overseeing fuel points daily while owning the planning, records and reporting behind them.

Key Responsibilities

Fuel Planning

• Plan fuel requirements across event operations and venues.
• Schedule and coordinate supplier deliveries to meet operational demand.

Operational Supervision

• Supervise fuel points, refuelling schedules and logs.
• Respond to changing operational needs during peak periods.

Compliance & Reporting

• Track fuel consumption and report against allocations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures at all fuel points.

• Proven experience managing fuel logistics for large events or operations, with references available.
• International experience delivering sports events; multi-sport or major single-sport events count towards this requirement.
• Strong safety awareness and accurate record keeping.
