Job summary

Imploy in Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to lead on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

You will supervise contractors, coordinate with project teams, review designs, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety and compliance. A strong communication skill and problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid registration/license with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.
• Experience in civil construction or related projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project specifications.
• Monitor progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues with relevant teams.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure proper use of materials and resources and monitor quality.
• Coordinate with project management and other engineering disciplines as needed.
• Comply with Saudi construction standards and regulations.
