Job summary

UX Labs is seeking an On-Demand UX Researcher to work on diverse client projects, conducting interviews, usability testing, surveys, and usability analyses. You will recruit participants, collect data, and synthesize findings to inform design decisions.

Collaborate with UX designers, developers, product managers, and clients to translate research into actionable recommendations, adapting to a fast-paced project-based environment.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for user research and UX design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of usability testing, user interviews, personas and user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research activities including interviews, usability tests, surveys and focus groups.
• Recruit participants and coordinate research sessions.
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Document methodologies, findings and insights and deliver clear reports.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers and clients.
• Adapt to an on-demand, project-based environment and manage priorities.
• Communicate progress and findings clearly to stakeholders.
