Job summary

Total-TECH Co in Jeddah is seeking an experienced UX Research lead to shape the research strategy and roadmap in alignment with product goals. You will run qualitative and quantitative studies, translate findings into design direction, and collaborate across product, IT, CX, and marketing to improve digital experiences.

You will also oversee research operations, manage vendors, and monitor impact with UX KPIs, driving user-centered decision making across teams.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in UX Research, Customer Insights, or Human-Centered Design.
• Experience with qualitative & quantitative research and usability testing.
• Experience managing research vendors and research operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the UX Research Strategy amp Roadmap aligned with business and product goals
• Conduct qualitative amp quantitative user research usability testing personas and journey mapping
• Translate research findings into actionable UX experience recommendations
• Lead UX Research Operations including tools templates repositories SLAs and vendors
• Provide UX direction and governance and review key UX UI designs flows and prototypes
• Collaborate with Product UX UI IT CX Marketing and Business teams to improve digital experiences
• Track research impact and key UX usability KPIs

Requirements

• 4 7 years of experience in UX Research, Customer Insights, or Human-Centered Design.
• Strong experience in qualitative & quantitative research and usability testing.
• Proficiency with tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or GA.
• Experience with Personas, Journey Mapping, UX testing, and experience design.
• Strong stakeholder management, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing research vendors and research operations.
• Ability to translate research into UX strategy and design direction.
