Job summary

TotalTECH Corporation in Jeddah is seeking an experienced UX Research Lead to shape the research roadmap, run studies, and translate findings into design direction. You will lead research operations, govern UX/UI reviews, and partner with product, IT, CX, marketing, and business teams to enhance digital experiences across channels.

The role emphasizes turning insights into actionable recommendations and tracking KPIs to demonstrate impact on user journeys and business goals.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in UX Research, Customer Insights, or Human-Centered Design.
• Strong experience in qualitative & quantitative research and usability testing.
• Proficiency with tools such as UserTesting, Maze, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or GA.
• Experience with Personas, Journey Mapping, UX testing, and experience design.
• Strong stakeholder management, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing research vendors and research operations.
• Ability to translate research into UX strategy and design direction.

Responsibilities
