Oil & Gas Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Procurement Officer with 3–8 years of experience in industrial fabrication and EPC projects. You will source, evaluate suppliers, issue RFQs, negotiate, and ensure timely material delivery for oil & gas operations.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in industrial fabrication, oil & gas projects.
• Knowledge of ASME/API standards and material traceability.
• Ability to handle RFQs, supplier evaluation, negotiations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Stores, Finance and Projects.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and purchasing plates, pipes, fittings, flanges, welding consumables, equipment and tools.
• Handle RFQs, supplier evaluation, technical and commercial comparisons, negotiations, POs, delivery follow-up and expediting.
• Ensure materials are available as per project schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Stores, Finance and Project teams.
