Job summary

SGS is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector (QCI) - E&I for offshore projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves organizing and executing on-site inspections of materials, equipment and installation activities, issuing Quality Records and non-conformance reports as needed, and ensuring compliance with the Inspection Test Plan and Quality Control Plan.

ARAMCO approval in Electrical & Instrumentation is mandatory, with offshore experience required.

Qualifications

• Quality control inspection experience in oil and gas projects.
• Offshore experience and knowledge of ITP/Quality Records.
• Familiarity with engineering standards and offshore codes.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute inspection jobs on site with professionalism.
• Perform inspections on materials, equipment, and installation activities offshore.
• Issue Quality Records and raise non-conformances to QC Supervisor when needed.
• Ensure conformity with the Quality Control Plan and verify required documents.
• Verify procedures, equipment and special processes for tests and inspections.
• Ensure correct implementation of the Inspection Test Plan and verify qualifications.
