Tameeni, the first authorized online insurance aggregator in KSA, is seeking an Operations Officer to support daily operations in the Motor Insurance Leasing business. You will coordinate with insurers, banks, and internal teams to resolve customer and operational issues, ensuring smooth workflow and timely responses.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have 1–2 years of experience, preferably in insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience within the insurance industry; insurance/banking background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of daily business operations related to Motor Insurance Leasing.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and banks to resolve customer queries and operational issues.
• Investigate system errors and logs, identify root causes, and coordinate with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks effectively and within required timelines.
• Document operational processes and procedures and provide periodic recommendations for improvements and updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
• Monitor system health and promptly report system issues or outages to the relevant teams.
• Follow up on operational issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the Operations Supervisor with daily operational activities and any additional tasks as required.

Position Overview

The Operations Officer is responsible for executing operational procedures and supporting B2C projects, with a focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Motor Insurance Leasing business.

The role involves coordination with insurance companies, banks, internal teams, and other relevant stakeholders to resolve operational and customer-related issues.

Requirements
