The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Aviation Management or Business Administration and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with collaboration across departments to optimize procedures and enhance service quality.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the same or similar field.

• Assist in regional visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and oversee ground handling activities.

Officer - Operation Excellence is responsible of the implementation of process improvements, cost reduction strategies, and quality assurance protocols. This position is responsible for achieving the key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring operational performance aligns with the policies and procedures.

Experience and Qualifications:
