Job summary

Almosafer in Saudi Arabia seeks a Reservation & Ticketing Staff member for Airlines GSA to provide efficient reservation and ticketing services to travel agents, corporate clients, and passengers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

You will handle bookings, ticketing, fare quotations, and inquiries using Amadeus GDS, support corporate accounts, manage queues, and report on operations while maintaining high service standards and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Travel & Tourism, Aviation, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in airline or GSA reservation and ticketing.
• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS; knowledge of Galileo or Sabre is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations and ticketing transactions using Airline Reservation Systems.
• Provide accurate fare quotations, itinerary planning, and information on fare rules and baggage policies.

About the Role:

As a Reservation & Ticketing Staff member for Airlines GSA, you will be responsible forproviding efficient reservation and ticketing services to travel agents, corporate customers,and passengers. You will ensure all reservations and ticketing transactions are processedaccurately and in compliance with respective Airlines and company policies while deliveringexceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, refunds, andcancellations in accordance with Airlines policies.
• Process reservations and ticketing transactions using Airline Reservation Systems.
• Provide accurate fare quotations, itinerary planning, and information on fare rules,baggage policies, and travel requirements.
• Assist travel agents, corporate clients, and passengers with reservation and ticketingenquiries.
• Manage booking queues and ensure timely follow-up on pending reservations andticketing requests.
• Handle schedule changes, flight disruptions, involuntary rerouting, and passenger re-accommodation.
• Ensure compliance with airline procedures, and internal operating standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Airport Operations, Customer Service, and the AirlinesRegional Office to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate reservation and ticketing records and prepare operational reports asrequired.
• Support promotional campaigns, special fares, group bookings, and corporate travelrequirements.
• Resolve ticketing-related issues professionally while maintaining high customersatisfaction.
• Keep updated on airline schedules, fare products, travel regulations, and serviceenhancements.
• Proper reporting of ticket sales into Almosafer Auditing and reporting System
• To work under the directives of the GSA department of Almosafer and further to thePrincipal Airlines assigned.

Profile Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Travel &Tourism, Aviation, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in airline or GSA reservation and ticketing.
• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (knowledge of Galileo or Sabre is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of airline fares, procedures, and reservation systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
