Your Impact

As an Office IT Solution Advisor, you will serve as the primary in-person point of contact for delivering technological solutions to our consultants, partners, and internal colleagues. You will take responsibility for delivering an exceptional IT experience to our consultants and staff, ensuring a concierge-level service. This includes managing logistics such as shipments and customs, and providing calm, effective support in challenging and dynamic situations. You will listen to and understand your colleagues\' technological needs, share insights with global IT teams, own issues from start to finish, and assist with planning for both virtual and in-person events. Your work is critical to empowering our teams to work efficiently and make a meaningful impact. You will be based in our Riyadh office as part of our global technology team, which ensures that all colleagues are equipped with the best technology and support to deliver exceptional client service.

Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be a Saudi citizen
  • Successfully completed studies or hold an excellent vocational training qualification in a specialized field that emphasizes customer contact and service orientation
  • Up to two years of experience in a professional, customer-centric service environment
  • Familiarity with standard IT applications for Windows, macOS, and iOS, with a curiosity to learn and the ability to recommend solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach, with the ability to independently initiate tasks and follow through to completion
  • A solution-oriented and structured mindset, with a talent for explaining complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner
  • An agile and empathetic personality, with the ability to adapt to change, accept ambiguity, and handle challenging situations with a calm, professional demeanor
  • A "concierge mindset" with a passion for providing outstanding service and collaborating effectively with internal clients and external vendors
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
