Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in real estate development, management consulting, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of office real estate markets and commercial feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of office portfolio, asset, and product strategies aligned with market demand.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, occupier demand analysis, and competitive reviews.
• Assist in preparing business cases, commercial assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze office market trends, opportunities, and risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support definition of office products, tenant positioning, and customer value propositions.
• Identify target occupiers, strategic partners, and key demand drivers in the office sector.
• Collaborate with Development, Design, Delivery, Leasing, and Operations to optimize outcomes.
• Support project phasing, prioritization, and commercial evaluation across the portfolio.
• Coordinate inputs from external consultants to ensure timely delivery of studies and recommendations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and commercial analyses for stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
