Job summary

Iwesabe is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to build the Odoo ERP sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential clients needing ERP or Odoo-based solutions, and by opening conversations with decision-makers to hand off qualified opportunities to the field-sales team.

The role requires a proactive, target-driven mindset, and fluency in Arabic and English, with experience in IT/ERP/SaaS and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support — ideally in IT, ERP, or SaaS.
Working understanding of ERP/CRM systems; Odoo knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills in Arabic and English.
Proficiency in CRM and lead-management tools.
Ability to research markets and identify the right decision-makers inside target accounts.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Research and identify businesses that can benefit from Odoo ERP and CRM solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through online research, social channels, networking, and outbound campaigns.
Open initial conversations with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to gauge interest.
Hand qualified leads to the field-sales team and support them through the early sales cycle.
Maintain accurate records of every lead, contact, and interaction in the CRM.
Track and report on lead-generation performance and outreach effectiveness.
