Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an Odoo Implementer or ERP Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and standard business workflows.
• Experience with accounting, HR, supply chain, or other functional domains.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple client projects in parallel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and gather requirements for Odoo ERP implementation.
• Configure core Odoo modules — Accounting, HR, Sales, Inventory, CRM, Manufacturing — to match client needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions where standard Odoo doesn't cover a requirement.
• Lead testing cycles, data migration, and quality assurance through go-live.
• Train end users and produce clear user manuals and process documentation.
• Partner with functional consultants and developers to ship clean, supportable solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues raised by client teams.
