Job summary

Ultimate Peaks in Riyadh is seeking a senior engineer to own the health and continuity of the Microsoft messaging and identity stack. You will manage Exchange Server 2019 on-premises, integrate with Microsoft 365, and maintain AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP, and security layers to ensure reliable mailbox availability across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes high-availability design with DAGs, mail-flow troubleshooting, and automation via PowerShell.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise Microsoft infrastructure with extensive Exchange experience.
5+ years hands-on with Exchange Server (2016/2019) on-premises and hybrid with Microsoft 365.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, administer, and upgrade Exchange Server 2019 on-premises.
Run and maintain Exchange Hybrid with Microsoft 365: hybrid configuration, mail flow, directory synchronisation health.
Design, build, and maintain Database Availability Groups (DAG) for Exchange high availability; own failover testing.
Administer AD, GPO design, DNS/DHCP, and disaster recovery readiness for the directory.
Monitor and resolve mail delivery, queue, performance, and availability issues.
Automate provisioning and reporting with PowerShell.
