Job summary

The White Energy is seeking an IP Network Operator to provide first-level support for Juniper Networks projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include monitoring tools, reporting issues, and working closely with the operation manager and consultants.

Candidates should have a Computer Engineering degree, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and JNCIA/CCNA certification is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role, which requires working on a 24/7 shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years IP Network Operation experience.
• Experience with Juniper hardware and software is a plus.
• Ability to work under high pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check all NMS tools used for monitoring and act accordingly
• Check all KPIs related to the System Networks
• Act as first-level support for Juniper Networks projects within this customer
• Report any abnormalities and problems in the network
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports
• Handle customer complaints
• Work with the operation manager, team leader, and other professional services consultants to provide industry-leading technical services
• Understand the customer’s organizational structure and become familiar with the network implementation
• Follow processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Computer Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years IP Network Operation experience
• Experience with Juniper hardware and software is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork
• Time management skills
• English language proficiency required
