Career Land Center is hiring a Multi-Outlet Manager for Kuwait, overseeing multiple F&B outlets in a luxury hotel environment. You will ensure service excellence, maintain Italian dining concepts, and lead cross-outlet teams to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage outlet teams to meet luxury standards.
• Ensure each outlet maintains concept identity, service sequence, ambience, and brand standards.
• Manage Italian dining concepts with strong menu knowledge and authentic service.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef, Italian Chef, Beverage Manager, Events, and other departments.
• Monitor guest feedback; handle complaints and implement service recovery.
• Ensure staff scheduling, grooming, attendance, and performance management.
• Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and service quality checks.
• Monitor revenue, upselling, cost control, inventory, breakages, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health, safety standards.
• Review menus, promotions, guest preferences, and market trends for growth.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and outlet performance analysis.
• Drive team engagement, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Represent hotel professionally with VIP guests and partners.

• Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef, Italian Chef, Beverage Manager, Events team, Stewarding, and other hotel departments
• Monitor guest feedback, handle complaints professionally, and implement service recovery when required
• Ensure proper staff scheduling, duty allocation, grooming standards, attendance, and performance management
• Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and service quality checks to maintain consistency across outlets
• Monitor revenue performance, upselling initiatives, cost control, inventory, breakage, wastage, and operational expenses

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2–3 years in a multi-outlet management role
• Must have prior experience in luxury hotels
• Must have experience with Italian restaurant concepts or Italian fine dining operations
• Strong knowledge of luxury F&B service standards, restaurant operations, beverage service, and guest experience management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Strong business acumen with experience in revenue generation, cost control, budgeting, and operational reporting
• Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure operations professionally
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Italian are an advantage
• Presentable, confident, and service-driven personality
• Flexible to work according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory systems, and hotel operating platforms is preferred
