Job summary

Met T&S Ltd. is seeking a Material Preservation Coordinator for projects in Saudi Arabia, specifically in the Riyadh Region. The role requires ensuring the timely and appropriate preservation of materials and equipment on site while adhering to specifications and regulations.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and possess a minimum of 10 years' experience, particularly in EPC Oil & Gas projects. This position offers an excellent salary package, including accommodation, transportation, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates preservation of materials and equipment in compliance with specifications.
• Requisitions preservation equipment and tools as necessary.
• Prepares and issues preservation reports as required.
• Initiates and maintains preservation recording.
• Requests relevant permits to perform preservation activities.

Job description

Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid).

• Material Preservation Coordinator cooperates with the construction, material control and Logistics groups to assure the timely and appropriate preservation of materials and equipment once received at site.
• He/she operates in compliance with the specifications, procedures, quality requirements and health/environmental/safety regulations during the course of activities.

Duties and responsibilities

• Coordinates preservation (and de‑prevention as necessary) of materials and equipment in compliance with vendor and project specifications and procedures.
• Requisitions preservation equipment and tools as necessary.
• Prepares and issues preservation reports as required by the field engineering manager.
• Initiates and maintains preservation recording.
• Requests, as necessary, relevant permits to perform preservation activities.
