Job summary

Love Recruitment International in Riyadh is seeking a passionate Pilates & Personal Trainer to join a premium wellness team. You will deliver high-quality private and small group sessions in a luxury setting, crafting personalised programming and coaching.

The role focuses on movement, strength, mobility, and client care, with opportunities to lead Reformer Pilates, support pre/postnatal clients, and build strong client relationships for long-term progress.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer.
• Experience with Reformer Pilates.
• Strong understanding of strength training and movement mechanics.
• Experience in yoga and/or pre/postnatal coaching is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Passion for health, fitness, and client care.

Salary – Total package up to 16000 SAR per month plus commission.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pilates & Personal Trainer to join a premium wellness team in Riyadh.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and client-focused trainer who is passionate about movement, strength, wellness, and delivering exceptional training experiences.

The Role

You will deliver high-quality private and small group sessions in a premium setting, helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals through personalised programming and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Pilates and personal training sessions to private clients and small groups (5–6 people)
• Lead Reformer Pilates sessions
• Support clients with:
• Strength and conditioning
• Posture and alignment
• Mobility and functional movement
• Pre & postnatal training
• General health and wellness goals
• Create tailored training programs based on client needs
• Maintain a professional, motivating, and welcoming environment
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage long-term progress

Requirements

• Certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer
