Overview

Job Description Join Nice one as a Salesperson based in Al-Qassim. In this customer-facing role you will represent the brand in-store and in the community, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales through product knowledge, merchandising, and strong relationship-building. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining visual standards, supporting promotional activities, and contributing to a positive shopping experience that strengthens customer loyalty and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding needs, offering product recommendations, and demonstrating features and benefits to close sales.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through active selling, upselling, and cross-selling; contribute to meeting team performance goals.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across categories and stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and pricing to advise customers accurately.
  • Ensure appealing visual merchandising and stock presentation by following store standards, replenishing inventory, and participating in store resets and promotional layouts.
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, handle payments and receipts, and follow cash-handling procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and foster brand loyalty; collect customer feedback and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support inventory management activities including receiving deliveries, stock counting, and reporting discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Participate in local marketing and promotional events, community outreach, and store initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Adhere to company policies, loss prevention procedures, and health & safety guidelines to protect customers, colleagues, and assets.
  • Work collaboratively with store and regional teams to share insights, support training activities, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a certificate in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred, ideally within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
  • Basic numeracy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory processes.
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic is required; working knowledge of English is preferred.
  • Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required by store operations.
