Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in microbiology testing, sanitation, quality, microbiology, or food safety, with strong microbiology lab management experience.
• Knowledge of USP microbiology methods; familiarity with GMP, HACCP, FSMA/PCQI, AOAC/ISO, and ISO 17025 is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to coordinate microbiology testing with Quality, Sanitation, Production, R&D, and technical teams.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities and work in a plant environment with required PPE.
